Multi-Award for Nonprofit Organizations and Services in Bernalillo County on a Rolling Submission Basis - Round 3

Project Description: The Bernalillo County (“County”) Purchasing Section of the Procurement and Business Services Department (“Purchasing”) is requesting proposals for the establishment of qualification-based capital projects solicited by county nonprofit organizations. All Offerors are encouraged to read this Request for Proposals carefully, especially the mandatory requirements.
It is the intent of the County to issue a multiple award to establish a pool of qualified nonprofit organizations. Each qualified nonprofit will enter into Third Party Agreements if capital outlay funding is awarded to facilitate projects that are undertaken.
Under this rolling RFP, proposals will be evaluated on a monthly basis by the Selection Committee based on the proposals received by 4:00 pm on the last day of each month (refer to Section II.A. “Schedule of Events” for a listing of deadlines).
