Project Description: The Bernalillo County (“County”) Purchasing Section of the Procurement and Business Services Department (“Purchasing”) is soliciting proposals from Offerors to provide federal lobbying services including services acting as the lead Washington representative to Bernalillo County, New Mexico, in Washington D.C. on federal legislation and project matters as requested by the County.
It is the intent of the County to issue multiple awards for each Category 1-6. The Offeror(s) may submit one (1) proposal for any or all categories.
