Kiwanis Place is a combined site with 205 Lodge units and 121 Apartment units in an 18-storey building, located at 10330 - 120 Street, Edmonton, AB T5K 2A6. The project will be executed based on the AHSC-selected engineer’s drawings and design, prepared by CIMA+ and RJC Engineering.
The intent is to deliver a turn-key solution, including all associated labour, supervision, materials, equipment, and coordination necessary for the successful completion of the MUA upgrade with heating boilers and accessories at Kiwanis Place & Kiwanis Place lodge. The successful contractor shall act as the Prime Contractor and assumes all responsibilities accordingly.
