Description:

Remove existing BUR roof, install new roof crickets at drains, install polyisocyanurate cover board, install PVC single ply membrane to cover board, install retrofit roof drains, raise flashing height at wall panels, remove existing sealant and caulk parapet wall coping cap joints, clean and reseal coping caps, install new flashing, counter flashing, curb flashing and area divider caps, install new expansion joints.
