Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: “This RFP is to solicit technical consulting services to provide strategic, transformational, and other services on a project-by-project basis. These services will support the MTA and its operating agencies in developing an enterprise asset management system (“EAM”) aligned with PAS55, an internationally recognized standard for optimal management of physical asset management published by the British Standards Institution, the most current version of ISO 55000, and the USDOT Federal Transit Administration MAP 21 requirement or similar framework.”
