Project Description
Construction of New Start 1 Building and addition to the existing Start 1 Building at the Sliding Sports Track at Mt Van Hoevenberg in Lake Placid, NY.
Work shall be completed as per the Schedule of Important Dates and Times.

• Notice to Bidders: 23 January 2025
• Pre-Bid Meeting: 30 January 2025 10:00 AM (Local Time)
• End of Questions: 14 February 2025 5:00 PM (Local Time)
• Addendum*: 21 February 2025 5:00 PM (Local Time)
• Bids Due: 27 February 2025 2:00 PM (Local Time)
• Earliest Date for Mobilization: 14 April 2025
• Substantial Completion: 01 December 2025
• Final Completion: 26 June 2026

*Latest date of Addendum release. Owner may release Addendum prior if need be.
