The MSPV Program is comprised of three Global Regions (North, South, and West); each region may be supported by a Primary and Backup PV. These levels of support combine to provide routine ordering capability throughout the world. The MSPV program is the primary distribution channel for procurement and delivery of a full range of Commercially Available Off the Shelf medical/surgical supplies to Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs), clinics, and operational customers throughout each of the three Global Regions. Each PV provides medical surgical products for which it has been authorized as a distributor, under a designated pricing instrument authorized by DLA Troop Support Medical. Customers order directly through the Prime Vendor or through DLAs internal web order interface. Items supported under the contract include medical and surgical supplies and some small medical equipment. All items are brand name specific or generic commercial products that are identified by the manufacturer's item descriptions and part number and conform to the manufacturer's commercial specifications.
