Project Description: This work includes removal and replacement of existing roofing systems at Terminal 2, the MAC General Offices, and ALEC South. The work will also include the installation of sheet metal flashing, installation of anchors for fall protection including structural steel modifications, masonry construction, metal fabrication, and sealant install. Mechanical and electrical systems will be reconfigured to facilitate this scope of work and will include roof drains and piping, equipment removal and reinstall, and lightning protection. Project will include traffic control.
