MSN - AIR FREIGHT BUILDING REROOF: Phase 2 (Rebid)

Dane County is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the MSN - AIR FREIGHT BUILDING REROOF: Phase 2 (Rebid) , located at 3521-3527 International Lane, Madison, WI . This project involves removal and replacement of existing roofing systems, associated sheet metal flashing and trim work, and related demolition and restoration necessary to complete the reroofing of the air freight building, and is being delivered under a lump sum contract.

The goal of this project is to replace aging roofing infrastructure, improve weather protection and building performance, and extend the service life of the facility. Work is expected to be performed in coordination with active airport operations, including logistical constraints associated with an operational air freight facility, and must comply with all applicable county specifications, ordinances, and permitting requirements.

Interested vendors should have demonstrated experience in commercial roofing systems, building envelope rehabilitation and the ability to manage projects of similar size and complexity.
