The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH), Office of State Health Planning and
Research, will accept submissions until 11:00 a.m. CST, Monday, June 1, 2026, from
interested bidders to assist in a statewide assessment, provide financial education and implement

share/outmigration analysis.
