Project Description: The City of Cincinnati is seeking proposals to provide aid in the development of a Minority Owned Business (MBE)/Women Owned Enterprise (WBE) Program and amend the current Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (hereinafter “MSD” and/or “MSDGC”). The City is also seeking a consultant who will serve as a third-party advisor to provide guidance in defining the study's framework, scope, and evaluation criteria for selecting a disparity study consultant.
