Project Description: The Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC” or “MSD”) prepares an annual set of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). The Offeror shall provide the City, on behalf of the MSD, with the professional services of performing the full accrual conversion and preparing the complete GAAP-basis financial statements.
