associated electrical work as noted or indicated in the Contract Documents.
Structural reinforcement, ACT ceiling replacement, and conduit for solar readiness.
The Work includes selective interior and exterior demolition and patching as required to
complete the above work, whether or not indicated on the Drawings.
Alternate 1: Provide walkway pads at roof areas H & M.
Alternate 2: Provide Galvalume Steel metal roof, metal wall panels, and associated
flashing and accessories in lieu of Aluminum.
On site construction is limited to (67) days from June 23, 2026 through August 28, 2026.THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL
NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please review the instructions in the bid documents on how to
register as an electronic bidder. All Bids shall be submitted online at www.biddocs.com
and received no later than the date and time specified.
