All bids so received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work shall consist essentially of the following items: New sidewalk construction and improvements from US Hwy. 11 to Highland Parkway to include minor earthwork and grading, existing concrete driveway removal and replacement, new 5' wide concrete sidewalk, sodding, and erosion control. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., local time, at the office of Dungan Engineering, P.A., 925 Goodyear Blvd., Picayune, Mississipp

Work to be performed shall be in accordance with the “Mississippi State Highway Standard Specifications for

The attention of Bidders is directed to the provisions of Subsection 102.07 pertaining to irregular proposals

and rejection of bids.
