Summary

Need I.T. Thermostat replace in I.T. room, pull new wire and add new thermostat for office area that is experimenting hotter temperatures. Tie thermostat into existing Metasys systems. Check operation to make sure everything is running efficiently.  Exclusions: Labor or material not specifically described above is excluded from this proposal. Unless otherwise stated, any and all overtime labor is excluded from this proposal. Applicable taxes or special freight charges are excluded from this proposal, any additional taxes, duties, tariffs or similar items imposed prior to shipment will be charged.    All vendors must do a required site visit on 03/09/26 between the hours of 7:30am-3pm at Alabama Emergency Management Agency at 5898 County Road 41, Clanton, Al. 35046
