Project Description: The City of Tempe (City) is seeking to establish a contract with a qualified firm(s) for MRI body screening services to detect cancer and other common diseases. The cancer screening program will be for eligible employees and spouses/domestic partners who are at least 40 years of age. The preventative care contract will be for an initial term of one year with four, one-year renewal options. The City is self-insured and utilizes Allegiance, a Cigna Company, for managing any approved claims. Services will be billed monthly as a direct charge to the City. The City will pay 100% for the approved services.
