AMENDMENT 1: THIS AMENDMENT UPDATED SITE VISIT INFORMATION IN BLOCK 10 OF SOLICIATION (SF 1442) . A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD 14 APR 2026 AT 10:00 AM EST.



MQ-9 STATIC DISPLAY CONCRETE PAD: CONTRACT WORK ASSOCIATED WITH MQ-9 STATIC DISPLAY CONCRETE PAD SHALL ACHEIEVE A FULLY FUNCTIONAL STATIC DISPLAY CONCRETE PAD AND PILLARS FOR AIRCRAFT THAT MEETS OR EXCEEDS INDUSTRY AND DOW STANDARS WITH MATERIAL THAT MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE LOCAL AREA.



REFERENCE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR PROJECT DETAILS.



WAGE DETERMINATION ATTACHED.



THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.



IAW FAR 36.204(B) THE MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $25K AND $100K.



PAYMENT BOND MAY BE REQUIRED IF QUOTE EXCEEDS $35,000.00



AWARD WILL BE BASED ON LOWEST PRICE.



A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON APRIL 14, 2026 AT 10:00 AM.
