The City of Marlborough and Marlborough Public Schools invites sealed proposals to provide a Student Music Instrument Rental Program & Instrument Repair Services for a three-year period beginning July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028, with the possibility of one, two-year extension.
The Request for Proposal document package will be available for download from the City of Marlborough Procurement Office website page https://www.marlborough-ma.gov/bids on May 12, 2025, at 12 PM. Proposals shall be returned to the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, 140 Main St. 3rd floor, Marlborough, MA 01752 no later than May 28, 2025, at 2 PM at which time and place they will be recorded. LATE PROPOSALS will not be accepted.
