Description
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) is seeking contractors to work with Minnesota Tribal Governments and Tribal Organizations that serve Minnesota Tribal Governments to provide technical support and assistance for grant writing, grant management, identifying priority areas for funding, environmental science or engineering assistance, or engagement and educational assistance to advance environmental and climate action.
Contractors will collaborate and coordinate with respective Tribal Government programs and/or Tribal organization staff to support Tribal priority projects. The intent of this RFP is to award funding to contractors with experience in successfully applying for and managing grants, demonstrated success in carrying out Tribal-driven priority projects, and collaboration/partnership with Tribal Governments and/or Tribal organizations. Multiple contractors may work together to apply as one applicant.
