MOWING MAINTENANCE SERVICES
for the
CITY OF ACWORTH

Sealed bids will be received for a Mowing Maintenance Services contract for the City of Acworth, Georgia. Services will include mowing and maintenance of Cemeteries, various Right-Of-Ways within the City limits, Acworth Police Station, Court Services, Overlook Park, Dallas Landing Park, and Proctor Landing Park. The contract will be effective July 01, 2024 through June 30, 2025.

Bids will be accepted up to 2:00 o’clock P.M. EST, Wednesday, May 8, 2024. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the address below at 2:00 P.M. EST, Wednesday, May 8, 2024. “Proposals” received after 2:00 o’clock P.M. EST, Wednesday May 8, 2024, will not be accepted or considered.

The City of Acworth reserves the right to waive any or all informalities, accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award in the best interest of the City.

NOTE: There will be one (1) informational meeting held Wednesday, May 1, 2024. The meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. at the Acworth Community Center at 4361 Cherokee Street Acworth Ga 30101. A signup sheet will be provided when you register for the bid packet. It is recommended that all prospective bidders attend.
