Mowing & Landscaping Western State Hospital

***Unit price is per year, agency shall be invoiced over a nine month period*** This procurement is for Mowing and Landscaping Services to be performed at:         Western State Hospital         2400 Russellville Rd         PO Box 2200         Hopkinsville, KY 42240 Contractor shall provide an adequate number of personnel to provide mowing and landscaping services in the accordance with the performance specifications outlined below, including the completion of work between the hours of 7am to 7pm. The hospital grounds must be maintained according to the specific quality standards outlined in this document, subject to approval by the Hospital Director or their designee. Mowing space is approximately 50 acres. No services in December, January, or February. The total contract amount shall be divided into nine equal monthly payments invoiced at the end of each service month. (March-November)
