Scope of Services
The successful Bidder shall perform mowing, trimming, and trash pickup of Sector 2 & 3 Municipal Service Taxing Units

(MSTU)/Municipal Service Benefit Units (MSBU). The mowing and landscape maintenance consists of various types of mowing,

weed-eating, edging, inlet/outlet cleaning of retention/detention areas, drainage systems, and common areas. This includes

debris and trash removal that consists of roadway signs, litter, downed limbs, yard waste, etc. The services performed under

this contract are similar to that of a residential service and the corresponding expectations of a homeowner. These are very

active neighborhoods and the areas to be serviced are within close prominently to residential yards and homes. Some

mechanical edging, sweeping or blowing of paved areas, may be required.
