The Town of Montverde, Florida, is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of providing mowing and landscape maintenance services.

The landscape maintenance Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the proper care and maintenance of the landscaping, irrigation and related landscaping structures and systems.

A complete Request for Proposals (RFP) package can be obtained on the Town’s website:  www.mymontverde.com under the Bid/RFQ/RFP tab.

Submittal deadline is 1:00 p.m. EST on July 1, 2025, to be considered.

Request for Proposals (RFP) opening on July 1, 2025 at 1:15 p.m. in Town Hall at 17404 Sixth Street, Montverde, FL 34756.
