Description
Project Description: The primary purpose of this project is for the general grounds’ maintenance of seventeen (17) City of Waco Fire Station properties. Maps to areas are attached. Work may be performed Monday through Friday.
• This contract will be for 1 year with 4 optional renewals.
• TxDot Qualifications are NOT Required for this project.
• Detailed specifications are attached as Appendices.
