BID CALL:

The Town of Normal will receive sealed bids for the following:

Mowing and Abatement Services

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Mowing and Abatement Services” with the time and date due, which will be Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761.

This project consists of mowing private property and providing other nuisance-abatement services, including the removal of trash, debris, brush, dirt, and similar materials upon Town request in order to remedy violations of the Town’s code of ordinances related to excessive grass and weed growth and property maintenance.

A copy of Bid Documents and any additional documents may be found at the Town of Normal website at www.normalil.gov. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
