The City of Waterbury, Department of Public Works, is seeking proposals from qualified and responsible third-parties to provide primarily moving services of designated furniture and other items from the Chase Municipal Building, located at 236 Grand Street in Waterbury, Connecticut to (a) One Exchange Place located at 21 West Main Street in Waterbury or (b) to One Jefferson Square at 185 South Main Street in Waterbury, as well as such items from the Waterbury Probate Court located at 49 Leavenworth Street in, Waterbury to One Exchange Place.

There will be a Mandatory Information Session with respect to this RFP on May 7, 2026, at 9:00 AM starting in the main lobby of the Chase Municipal Building, 236 Grand Street, Waterbury. ON-TIME SIGN-IN, ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION IN THE
FULL WALKING TOUR IS MANDATORY.
