Clarke County School District

The Clarke County School District is inviting proposals for MOVING SERVICES for the Cedar Shoals High

School project. Proposals will be received by the Clarke County School District in the SPLOST Office

located at 145 Paradise Blvd., Athens, Georgia, 30607, until 11:15 AM on May 2, 2024 at which time bids

will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference & Site Visit will be held at 3:30PM on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at

SPLOST Office located at 145 Paradise Blvd, Athens, Georgia 30607. This move will occur from May 24

through May 28, 2024.

Bidding documents may be obtained by email from Troy Bassett, Clarke County School District, SPLOST

The contract, if awarded, will be on the basis stated in the Invitation to Bid and Bid Specifications. No bids

may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
