3/10/2026 6:02 pm: Addendum No. 1 has been posted on 03/10/2026 to amend Item No. 1 of the IFB to add the moving of 22 pallets, remove all references to shelves needing to be moved and relocated, and to amend the Due Date and Time.

The Texas State Fire Marshal’s Office(SFMO) will relocate from its current North Austin location to a newly constructed facility in downtown Austin. The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) is seeking a vendor to provide moving and relocation services of equipment to support completion of this project .
