Invitation to Bid
Silvera for Seniors is seeking qualified general contractors to bid on the renovation of five apartment suites located on different floors of Mountview 2 Apartments. The scope of work includes but is not limited to:
Removal and replacement of flooring, kitchen cabinetry, and bathroom fixtures
Upgrades to electrical and plumbing systems as required to meet code compliance
Drywall repairs, painting, and finishing work
Installation of energy-efficient fixtures.
Contractors must ensure proper coordination to minimize disruption to occupied units and common areas. Work is expected to be completed on schedule and within budget, adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements. Bidders must demonstrate experience with multi-unit residential renovations, provide a detailed project timeline, and outline their approach to site management and tenant communication.
