Description

This is a Sources Sought notice issued for informational and planning purposes only. Mountain Home AFB is looking for Range Residue Removal (R3) at Saylor Creek Range, Mountain Home AFB. The selected contractor will be responsible for the inspection, demilitarization, and proper disposal of all range and munitions debris from the holding area. Key tasks include providing all necessary labor and equipment, handling potentially hazardous materials, and certifying that all processed material is safe for public release. The contractor must be certifies to handle hazerdous waste and military munitions residue, also facilitate the transfer of materials to recycling centers or landfills and provide a third-party quality assurance expert for final certification.
