Mount Wolf Borough 2026 Street Project

Project Description: Mount Wolf Borough will receive sealed bids online for furnishing labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work in connection with the 2026 Street Project, in Mount Wolf Borough, York County until July 14, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at which time they shall be opened online with results publicly posted via PennBid shortly thereafter.
Items of Construction to include, but are not limited to the following:
Selective base repair to damaged areas of identified streets and alleys, including 321 S.Y. of 6” 2A Aggregate, 321 S.Y. of 2” 9.5 mm Mix Superpave Asphalt Design, HMA Wearing Course, and associated crack sealing. Additional improvements include the raising up of two (2) existing inlet grates with the installation of one (1) – 4” thick concrete riser under each.

A bid bond in the form furnished in the contract documents or a certified check naming as obligee or payee Mount Wolf Borough in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid must accompany the sealed bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and a payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
Mount Wolf Borough reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to accept and to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted to waive any informalities and bids received, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsible bidder.
No bid may be withdrawn by the bidder for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
