Solicitation Summary
This will give us expansion of the existing NICE logging recorder system, which is currently used with the Motorola Radio Communication System, to record the Vesta Call Handling System. I will help with customer service, training, quality assurance and other benefits to the agency. Also adding redundancy to our system and having a failsafe turn-key solution. This solution will be at all our traffic operations centers and our statewide operations center. This is to improve efficiency and reliability on phone calls coming into our operations centers.
