BACKGROUND
Normal wear and tear has led to gaps in the Motorcycle Ohio training fleet. The goal of this solicitation is to add up to thirty (30) new motorcycles for 2025 rider courses. Visit https://motorcycle.ohio.gov/ for complete program overview.

CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

EVALUATION
Bids will be evaluated in accordance to lowest bidder. A Bidder is the lowest if it offers the lowest-cost supply or service in comparison to all other Bidders as set forth in the evaluation paragraph of the Invitation to Bid (ITB). While Bidders may offer discounts for prompt payment and other similar incentives, discounts and incentives will not be used to determine the lowest Bidder. When discounts are offered, the discount will be calculated from the date the State receives a proper invoice, or the date the service is delivered and accepted in accordance with the terms of the contract. In addition, the State will multiply the bid prices by the estimated usage to calculate a total bid price for each item, these item totals will be added to calculate the category totals.

CONTRACT AWARD
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by category of product. Failure to bid all items in a category may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive for that category.
