Motor Axle Wheel Assembly Recertification.

Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: The Work to be performed under this Contract may briefly be described as the remanufacture of the Millenium axle assemblies, including all necessary or incidental work, labor and materials. Included in the Work and price shall be all pickup, transportation and delivery expenses from and to the Authority as well as all equipment, overhead costs, and expenses in performing the Work. The Work shall also include the Wheel Press for mounting and dismounting subway wheels to axles in a fast, efficient, and AAR compliant manner, including all necessary or incidental work, labor and materials. Included in the Work and price shall be all pickup, transportation and delivery expenses from and to the Authority as well as, equipment, overhead costs and expenses in performing the Work.
