10:00 A.M. - MOSQUITO CONTROL INSECTICIDES THEN AND THERE BIDS WILL BE OPENED AND READ ALOUD. BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE SPECIFIED TIME AND DATE WILL NOT BE OPENED OR RECOGNIZED.
