| Notes | The City of Warner Robins will receive sealed bids for the purchase of Mosquito Abatement Spray (55 gallon drums) to be placed on an Annual Contract. Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term. The contract period will run from May 5, 2026 through May 4, 2027, as a base term, with automatic renewal for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. Prices shall remain firm for the initial contract period. The bidder must submit detailed information on proposed mosquito abatement spray such as ingredients, kill factor, residual value, harm levels to humans and/or animals, must be EPA registered, come in 55 gallon drums and be ready to use (no mixing) with the fogger application method. All bids must include a Manufacturer Specification Sheet and MSDS Sheet must accompany the bid submission. Bidders shall provide product samples upon request for evaluation purposes as part of the RFQ process. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit their bid with all required documents through the City's IonWave procurement system by the designated date and time of Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 2:00 p.m (ET). All questions must be submitted through IonWave by Friday, April 10, 2026 at 2:00 p.m (ET). Product specifications are included in the Line Item portion of this bid. Please note that quantities listed are estimates based on prior year's usage. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities. |
