Morgan's Sports Complex Lighting

The City of Destin is issuing a Request for Bids (RFB) to secure proposals from qualified contractors for the replacement/retrofit of Sports Center lighting for six (6) ballfields, three (3) soccer fields and two (2) parking lot areas. The project is located in the City of Destin at 4200 Indian Bayou Trail. There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on November 6, 2024, at the Morgan’s Sports Center office at 11am CT for this project.

To bid on a project you must be placed on the Plan Holders List. Proposal submissions must be received by the City Clerk's Office at the City of Destin, 4200 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida 32541, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RFB NO. 24-14-REC, DESTIN MORGAN SPORTS CENTER LIGHTING”, along with the name, return address and telephone number of the submitter, no later than 2:00 p.m. CDT, on November 26, 2024 at which time they will be opened.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals or portions thereof, to waive minor defects and informalities in the process, to accept the Bid(s) or take any other actions deemed by the City to be in the City's best interest.
