PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This Project consists of the following elements of Work: Converting SCL property to parking area with 8 DC fast charging stations for public use including roadway pavement removal and restoration, electrical conduit, wiring, vaults, foundations, cement concrete parking lot, installation of vendor supplied equipment, fiberglass fencing and irrigation system.

ESTIMATE: The Engineer's Estimate for this Project is $790,000 before tax.

PROJECT LOCATION: This Project is located at 4118 Southwest Morgan Street, Seattle, WA 98136.
