Summary

Pursuant to the Arizona Procurement Code, A.R.S. §41-2501 et seq., the State of Arizona Department of Transportation (Department) has a requirement for Demolition of Right of Way Parcel (7-12778).

Process

The Pre-Offer Conference will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 1 PM Arizona Time via Google Meet. You are required to RSVP to Elizabeth Blakley at eblakley@azdot.gov. Include the attendee name(s), organization, email(s) and phone number(s) for those that will be in attendance no later than Tuesday, May 27, 2025 to receive a calendar invite for the Google Meeting.

Additionally, a mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday May 29, 2025 at 8 AM Arizona Time. You are required to RSVP to Elizabeth Blakley at eblakley@azdot.gov. Include the attendee name(s), organization, email(s) and phone number(s) no later than Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
