This Solicitation is a Requirement for Mooring Lines
FLC Puget Sound will be soliciting for, Mooring Lines, in accordance with solicitation specifications in support of MSC. This acquisition will be negotiated as a Small Business Set-Aside per FAR 6.203. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting quotations prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the www.sam.gov website on or about 10/23/2024 with a closing date on or about 11/01/2024. A Firm-Fixed Price, Supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the www.sam.gov website. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offerors to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. Emailed completed solicitations are acceptable.
