Description:

The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to renovate the kitchen, dining, and day room at the Moorefield Fire Station located at 43496 Moorefield Boulevard, Ashburn, Virginia 20147. This includes replacing existing ceiling grid, tiles and light fixtures, replacing wall and floor finishes, replacing millwork and appliances, adding a commercial kitchen hood, adding a new exhaust duct, mechanical unit and guardrail on the roof, and modification to the existing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

Pre-Bid Conference:

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on-site on September 30, 2024, at 1:00 pm for clarification of any questions on the drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
