Scope of Work: BACKGROUND 1. The City of Ocala is seeking a Contractor to provide a permanent, professionally designed, monument sign (sometimes referred to as a monolith sign) that proudly portrays a positive image and favorably represents both the City and the Water Resources Department. It must be neat, with attention to detail. This sign serves both as a wayfinding solution indicating the entrance to Water Treatment Plant #1 (WTP #1) and displays the City’s brand and professionalism. It is the first impression of WTP #1. 2. The sign should provide visual impact. It will be located inside the fenced area of WTP #1 at 1808 NE 36th Avenue just south of the main automatic gate. 3. MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: Refer to the listing for the pre-bid meeting date, time, and location. Bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting in order to submit a bid.
