2025 MONUMENT MAINTENANCE & CONSERVATION

INDEFINITE DELIVERY CONTRACT

The City of Charleston Department of Parks is soliciting bids for cleaning, waxing and general maintenance of several monuments and plaques. Base bid includes ten monuments. There are several add alternates. Contract term is for one calendar year with four one-year extensions at the option of the City.

There is no pre-bid meeting.  Bidders are asked to visit the monuments listed in the Invitation for Construction Bids.

Sealed bids will be received until Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 2:00 PM, at which time they will be publicly opened in Conference Room A at 823 Meeting Street.
