Montpelier Senior Activity Center Studio and Activity Room Air Conditioner Replacement

The City of Montpelier is requesting bids to replace the split air conditioning systems which serve the Activity Room and the Studio Room at the Montpelier Senior Activity Center

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Facilities and Sustainability Coordinator, City Hall, 39 Main Street, Montpelier, VT 05602, until 10:00 am on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at which time and place all bids received will be opened and publicly read aloud.   Each sealed bid must be emailed to Chris Lumbra at the below mentioned email with “Montpelier Senior Activity Center Studio and Activity Room Air Conditioner Replacement” in the subject line.

The City of Montpelier reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informality in the bidding per current policy.

Bids may be held by the City of Montpelier for a period not to exceed ten (10) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the Contract.
