NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Pursuant to section 286.011, Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that
the Selection Committee will be held on December 2, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. at the
Water and Sewer Administration Building, 1804 Lewis Turner Blvd, Suite 300, Fort Walton
Beach, FL 32547. The purpose of this meeting is to review the below proposals and scopes:
RFQ PS 19-26 – EMS Medical Director-Scope Review
RFP AP 21-26 – Fuel Farm Storage System at Destin Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS)-Scope Review
RFP PW 08-26 – Organics Grinding for Waste Resources-Proposal Review
RFP FM 06-26 – Beach Chair & Umbrella Services-Proposal Review
If any person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter
considered at this meeting or hearing, such person will need a record of the proceedings
and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made. This includes the
testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
Okaloosa County adheres to the American Disabilities Act and will make
reasonable modifications for access to these meetings upon request. Requests may be
made to the County Commission office at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting in
order to provide the requested service.
