Monthly Grazing Allotment for Cattle

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of 2025 monthly grazing allotment for cattle from Dry Mountain Ranch LLC as a sole source because of the contractor being the only provider able to meet critical parameters or timeframes to support the research and/or business needs of the university. OSU/EOARC-Burns requires grazing allotment for 225 pair of cattle from approximately July - November 2025. The location must be in close proximity of the Norther Great Basin Experimental Range near Riley, OR. Dry Mountain Ranch is the only ranch that meets this criteria that is currently available during this time period. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
