Project Description: The Weapons Training Facility (WTF) was built in 2007 and has been in constant use since its completion. The exterior concrete was painted in 2016 and the metal siding has not been painted since 2007. The paint has faded over the years due to sun exposure. The area around the dust collector unit has some staining from lead dust from fired lead bullets. There is some cracking and spalling of the concrete panels. The scope of work involves a comprehensive effort to improve and restore the appearance of the building’s facade.
