Montgomery County (Ohio) is requesting bids for PP-2025-0049 - Montgomery County Reibold Building 5th Floor HR Office Renovation Project . All submittals are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 .

The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $ 207,900.00 .

Reibold Building 5 ^th floor Renovation HR Office Project will involve the creation of a small office suite for Department of Human Resources. The office space will consist of 2 individual offices and a conference room. The total area of renovation 555 sq. ft. The space will be carved out of the existing 5 ^th floor BCC IT office space. To accommodate this, approx. 6 cubicles with be removed with 7 cubicles reoriented in advance of construction. The work will include partial interior renovation of the existing fifth floor to include new non-structural interior partitions, new finishes and new electrical and mechanical fixtures. The goal will be to provide a secure satellite location to conduct workforce management, recruitment and employee relations for both staff and clients.
