Montgomery County Intermediate Unit ELA Entrance Renovations

Project Description: The Montgomery County Intermediate Unit (MCIU) is requesting sealed bids for the MCIU Head Start Main Entrance Renovation located at 1605 W. Main Street, Norristown, PA 19403. Bids shall be submitted electronically via PennBid Program by September 21, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. EST.
Any bid submitted will be binding for 60 days after the date of the bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Bid security shall be released to unsuccessful Bidders within 120 days after the date of bid opening.

The Board of the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or to accept any part of a proposal without accepting the whole thereof, or to accept such proposal as they deem to be in the best interest of the County.
