Montgomery County (Ohio) is requesting bids for PP-2025-0031 - Montgomery County Environmental Services Spaulding Road Lobby Renovation . All submittals are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 .
MCES Spaulding Road location is renovating the Customer Service lobby, office space, and restrooms, as well as the kitchenette area. The renovation will consist of the removal and replacement of all interior items pertinent to the designated areas.
